Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation:
A booking is considered confirmed once Reba Travels has received a deposit of 50%, as specified in the booking details. The remaining balance must be paid in full before commencement of the safari.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days before the safari start date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total safari cost. Cancellations made 15 days before the safari start date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total safari cost. Cancellations made 7 days before the safari start date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 60% of the total cost. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the safari start date will result in the forfeiture of the entire tour cost. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the safari once it has commenced. Reba Travels reserves the right to cancel a safari due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered to the client.
Health and Fitness Requirements:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the safari activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Reba Travels prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals who may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Travel Insurance:
It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, repatriation, and trip cancellation/interruption. Reba Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings or for any additional expenses incurred due to illness, accident, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Responsibility:
Reba Travels acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide transportation, accommodations, and other services related to the safari. We do not assume any liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur, whether due to negligence, default, or otherwise of the suppliers or their agents.
Itinerary Changes:
Reba Travels reserves the right to alter the itinerary or substitute accommodations, transportation, or activities as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Reba Travels and our partners during the safari. Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or actions that may endanger oneself or others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the safari without refund.
Travel Documents:
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for entry into Kenya. Reba Travels will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the participant’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents. By booking a safari with Reba Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
